RETURNS & REFUNDS
Any food products that have been opened are NOT able to be returned.
Any non-food products are able to be returned in line with UK long distance selling regulations, upto 14 days from order. The cost of any returns is the responsibility of the customer and we advise sending via a recorded method of postage as we cannot issue exchanges or refunds on "lost items".
Any UK return must be pre-approved by the company, please use the contact us options available on the site.
