This stuff is MEGA. Our first flavour foray into non-sauce territory and boy has it worked!
Real dried 100% reaper powder ain't cheap. But it IS very hot and very fruity.
We've mixed it with pink Himalayan salt and organic Maldon sea salt flakes along with lemon powder and dried tomato and a whole host of other ingredients we've been fannying about with since last year.
We finally got it right and here it is.
Completely plastic free and Vegan as usual.
INGREDIENTS: Pink Himalayan salt, Carolina reaper powder, Organic Maldon sea salt flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, dried tomato, lemon powder, nutmeg, thyme, MUSTARD seed, black peppercorns, smoked Spanish paprika, oregano, turmeric, sage, naga powder, sugar, coriander, CELERY powder, ginger, parsley, rusk, cumin, ground bay leaf, iodised salt.
