Our Irish spicebag kit contains the base for this delicacy.
The spicebag was created in around 2006 as an off-the-menu, after-hours meal by staff at the Sunflower Chinese restaurant in the Orwell Shopping Centre in Templogue Dublin and has spread across Ireland and the UK.
The perfect late night take away food! Simply add chips, fried onions and peppers, (also works with chicken or tofu) add the magic dust sachet and shake it!
Once everything is coated in the seasoning add our chipper curry sauce and splice the bag open lengthways if sharing, or at the top if you're going solo!
Spicebag seasoning ingredients: Sea salt, paprika, garlic powder, szechuan pepper, Chinese 5 spice, red jalapeno flakes, white pepper, sugar.
Chipper curry sauce ingredients: Wheatflour, garlic, tomato powder, sugar, onion, turmeric, cumin, coriander, mustard, sea salt, fennel, fenugreek, clove, cardomom, celery, olive oil, black pepper, white pepper
