Horseradish Mayo

Couldn't get this idea out of my head. We did a poll and this came second so really I've cheated a bit. But you can't get horseradish mayo anywhere. Nobody else makes it.

So we did!

Smooth creamy and hot at the same time. Like Ellis.

Ingredients: Olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, soy milk, horseradish root, mustard seed, sea salt, agave syrup.
